Sarah O'Connor

Writer – Playwright – Cannot Save You From The Robot Apocalypse

Well, I may have complained about some of the other prompts but today’s is definitely the most difficult, at least from my perspective. Why? Well the whole point of Inktober is drawing, and since I’ve been doing a weird writing challenge instead, a Witchsona doesn’t really translate over well.

I guess I could always try to describe myself as a witch, or as the witch I wanted to be. I watched a lot of shows with witches growing up, my favourite witches were Samantha Stephens from Bewitched, Sabrina Spellman from Sabrina, and Piper Halliwell and Paige Matthews from Charmed. I liked the antics they got into, the powers, all the fun that being a witch was.

If I was a witch I’d like to have some specialized power, like telekinesis or freezing time like Piper. But even if it was just the potions and spellbooks and general witchcraft like that, I wouldn’t mind it. I’d like a familiar, probably a cat, some animal companion that held it’s own type of magic. I’d like the sisterhood of witches, and the power. Not in a conniving, evil way but to know that you’re powerful, that you are strong, and to never have any doubts of that.

That’s probably what I would have liked the most.
